Who I Am

I am a part-time photographer and full-time graduate student studying philosophy at Princeton University. A little bit about my history with photography: I first learned to manually operate a camera in high school. We had a fully equipped dark-room for black and white photography; we shot, developed, and printed our own film. I then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I studied philosophy and sociology, but took many photos in my free-time. During my junior year at UW-Madison I served as the photo editor for the music magazine Emmie and shot many concerts at venues like The Sylvee, The Majestic Theater, The High Noon Saloon, and even the Chicago Theater. All the while I would take my camera out any chance I got to snap photos of my friends and family! The last few years I haven’t had as many formal chances to take photos as I’ve been busy in my PhD program studying philosophy. If you have any questions about my research I’d be happy to answer! Photography-wise, I am currently working out of Philadelphia and am happy to service the PA/NJ/NY area. Please see the services page for the types of photography I am offering. And don’t feel shy to reach out with any questions!
